Michael asked me to marry him on July 14, 2022. He completely surprised me. He kept telling me that going all out meant a proposal. So, I joked with him and told him he better take me on some fancy dates to throw me off. One day he told me to get all ready and that he was taking me out to a nice dinner. I got all dolled up and even rocked some heels with my dress. He told me to finish up, and he was going to pack the car. When he finally took me outside, a limo was sitting by our driveway to pick us up. I was in awe, I opened the limo door, and sunflowers (my favorite flower) lined the inside. I blushed so hard and almost started crying. We popped a bottle of champagne and rode to the Melting Pot. I felt like a queen being treated like royalty at the restaurant with our private booth, rose petals everywhere, and the most amazing food ever. He finished it with the first place we physically met, the Choctaw High School parking lot. I instantly began tearing up when I turned around with him down on one knee. I was in so much awe that I said "YES"...
