Excursion: Waterfalls of Damajagua

We plan to visit one of the Dominican Republic's best natural escapes, exploring the unique personalities of the waterfalls of Damajagua. After hiking through the beautiful landscape of Puerto Plata that inspired the movie Jurassic Park, jump, slide, and swim in the fresh, sparkling pools of mountain water at the base of each of the waterfalls. The adventure will take us through breathtaking scenery, canyoneering through narrow passages, jumping off cascades, sliding down natural waterslides, and swimming the crystal clear waters for an experience of a lifetime. The 4-hour guided trip to the waterfalls of Rio de Damajagua is as beautiful as it is breathtaking, creating lasting memories of the tropical paradise just outside of Amber Cove.
