You will travel in air conditioned comfort passing some of the most historic points of interest in Nassau, beginning with Rawson & Parliament Squares, Supreme Courts, Senate Chambers & the Bahamas House of Assembly. You will then cross over the Sir Sidney Poitier Bridge to Paradise Island formally known as Hog Island, home of the well renowned Atlantis Hotel Resort & Casino. Leaving Paradise Island you will pass sites as the Queen’s Staircase, Government House and Graycliff before having a 10 minute photo op at historic Fort Charlotte. Your sightseeing adventure continues passing such sights as The College of the Bahamas, Sir Harry Oakes Monument, Queen Elizabeth Sports Centre, Bahamar Resort, U.S Ambassador Official Residence & Fish Fry at Arawak Cay. Next you will stop at the historic 1789 Buena Vista Estate, home of the John Watlings Distillery for a self-guided tour & rum tasting. View Bahamian hand crafted rums and spirits being produced. Upon departing the Distillery your tour then passes the famed Nassau Straw Market and the Pompey Museum before taking you back to the cruise pier.
