We are so excited to share our wedding day with you. Having you share the day with us is the greatest gift we can ask for. We are so thankful to have your in our lives, and we are so happy that you can celebrate the beginning of our new life together.

Thank you so much for thinking of us, and helping to contribute to the honeymoon of our dreams. Our plan is rest and relaxation, with some stingrays and a little bit of history thrown in for good measure. Our cruise is taking us to the Dominican Republic, St. Thomas, San Juan and Grand Turk. We are looking forward to exploring each of these ports, relaxing in the sun and doing a little shopping. We love to travel, and are looking forward to our next adventure, our first as husband and wife! We greatly appreciate your generosity and will fondly remember these gifts for years to come.

History Behind the Walls - Walking Tour

In San Juan, we will take a guided walking tour of the San Cristobal Fort and learn about the Spaniards military strategies, go inside the secret tunnels and see the mysterious dungeons. We will make a stop at the Capitolio of Puerto Rico, home to the island’s Senate and House of Representatives. We will walk Constitution Avenue and learn the history of buildings like Casa de España, The Casino of Puerto Rico and the “Plaza de los Presidentes”. We will learn the history behind the Tapia Theater, the Arturo Somuhano Plaza and the famous Christopher Columbus Plaza. Our historical journey will end with time to shop for local arts and crafts souvenirs to bring back home.

La Casa En La Playa - A Select Retreat

We will get to experience a luxurious private getaway at an exclusive Dominican-style beach house, complete with amenities including chef, bartender and entertainment staff. We will have a chance to get away from the crowds and relax with a select few at a secluded beach enjoying the sun, sand, cocktails and authentic Dominican cuisine. We can kayak and snorkel, but if all we want to do is soak up all the Caribbean rays, we can choose from hammocks, cabana beds or beach lounge chairs, all the time sipping on specialty cocktails from margaritas to aged Caribbean rums. Cruising through Grand Turk’s refreshing waters, we’ll make a stop at a private reef off the coast of Grand Turk where we’ll snorkel among colorful corals, graceful sea fans, sponges, bright exotic fish, nurse sharks and barracuda. Back on board, we’ll enjoy cold drinks while we make our way to the stingray playground where they play and ride the waves. We’ll have the chance to stroke their soft bellies and take a memorable photograph of our experience!
