Explore underground caverns and learn about the ancient Mayan culture. You'll also enjoy a traditional Mayan lunch, and enjoy free time for shopping or the beach. After a short bus ride, arrive at the historic "Chaac Tun" cenote, a sacred site to the ancient Mayans. These natural wonders were created by the filtration of water through the limestone terrain, and over the course of thousands of years created stunning stalactites, columns and formations. Follow the guides toward a fresh water underground river, where you’ll have the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to visit the underground caverns and take a refreshing swim. Everything you need to safely enjoy this unusual ecosystem is provided, including a helmet, life vest. In order to preserve the ecological integrity of the area, sunscreen is not permitted until after the swimming portion of the tour. You'll have the opportunity to play the ancient Mayan handball game of tiachtili and have a traditional Mayan lunch. Try Pollo Pibil, a traditional Yucatan chicken dish, as well as fresh seasonal fruit. Hop back into the bus and continue your exploration of the Mayan Riviera, as you head back towards the pier, where upon arrival, you’ll have an hour and a half to browse the colorful 5th Avenue boutiques and shops, or simply relax on the white sand beach.

Experience two of Grand Cayman's beautiful snorkeling destinations. First, set off on an adventure to discover the USS Kittiwake, the famous US navy rescue ship. The wreck is 251 feet long and is located in the pristine turquoise waters of the Cayman Islands. You'll see the main decks and topography, take a look down the smoke stacks and see to the bottom of the ships hull and engine rooms. Then head off to beautiful Cheeseburger Reef to gaze upon the exquisite coral, along with the abundant tropical fish which may include angel fish, and many more.
