Glacier Point Wilderness Safari

Journey through deep fjords, lush rain forests, colorful wildflowers, and towering mountains, ultimately taking us face to face with the majestic Davidson Glacier.   We will take a spectacular 70 minute cruise through Alaska's deepest fjord aboard one of the custom designed wild life viewing boats. Also, we will watch for whales and sea lions en route to a remote beach landing at Glacier Point, one of the most beautiful places in Alaska. After a fascinating quarter-mile walk, we will view the forest as it suddenly opens to a breathtaking view of the glacier. A 31-foot canoe will be waiting to take us on a voyage of discovery among icebergs to the face of the mighty blue glacier. Our guide will share their extensive knowledge of this amazing area throughout the tour. We will enjoy lunch on the beach during our stay at Glacier Point.

We’ll hike through winding trails of a beautiful ‘old-growth forest’ and witness its natural settings while enjoying a light snack in Ketchikan.
