Dolphin Swim & Dunn's River Falls Ocho Rios, Jamaica

This combination excursion is a can't-miss opportunity to climb Jamaica’s famous Dunn’s River Falls and swim with a bottlenose dolphin! On this excursion you will: Have the truly invigorating experience of climbing the 600 foot high Dunn’s River Falls. Move on to Dolphin Cove for a brief presentation on dolphins before entering their amazing world. Swim with these remarkable creatures for approximately 30 minutes. Experience the magical thrill of "riding" the dolphin as the water rushes by. Explore the surrounding lush tropical jungle and see all of the other beautiful creatures that call this area home. Swim in the beautiful cove and sample some local fruits or the famous Blue Mountain Coffee. Reboard your bus and head to Shopping Plaza. Spend one to two hours shopping, depending on your departure time from Dolphin Cove, before returning to your ship. Note: Minimum age is 8 years. Children must be accompanied by a participating parent/guardian. Be advised the rocks are slippery; non-skid water shoes are required (available for sale at the Falls) Guests must be able to swim. Pregnant women are not allowed to participate. Cameras and video equipment are not permitted in the dolphin enclosure, but pictures can be taken outside the enclosure. For the safety of the dolphins, guests cannot wear jewelry. Shuttles depart Dolphin Cove back to your ship every 20 minutes.

Dune Buggy Adventure Grand Turk

Feel the thrill of driving a dune buggy around the island – Grand Turk style. On this excursion you will: Climb aboard your customized dune buggy (2 guests per buggy). These buggies are used especially for traveling on the vast sand dunes of the ICA deserts of Peru. Head down the narrow tracks that skirt the beach and rock coastline around the island to the south-east side. Take a trek to the bluff were you can capture the beautiful view of Gibb’s Cay and a few other little uninhabited islands that are visible in the Atlantic Ocean. Get back into your buggies and drive to the John Glenn’s Capsule located at the entrance to the international airport. Pass the many Salina’s that were used to obtain Salt in its natural form during the Salt Industry on your way to the charming little city of Cockburn Town, which is the Administrative and Political Capital of the Turks & Caicos Islands. After catching a quick look of the Capital you will make your way to North Wells, where if you are lucky you may catch a glimpse of the famous endangered “Pink Flamingo’s” that can be seen foraging through the silted bottom of the Salina ponds in search of brine shrimp and other crustaceans indigenous to the natural wild life, not to mention passing the occasional indigenous wild horses who roam free on the island. Enter North Wells by way of a narrow sand track where many a tour bus dare not venture on your way around the island, pass the North Creek a ships haven during a hurricane, to the Northern most tip of the Island. Enjoy the view from the cliffs high above the Atlantic Ocean, take a short nature walk to the tip of the Island and maybe catch a glimpse of the humpback whales that migrate between February and March. You will then get back in your buggies and journey along the east coast back to the cruise ship pier. Note: Minimum age to participate is 6 years old; maximum weight is 250 lbs. You will get dirty on this excursion due to the nature of the conditions where and how you will travel. Guests wishing to drive must be over the age of 18 and present a valid driver’s license. Sunglasses, towel, and aqua shoes are recommended. The vehicles are automatic transmission. Pregnant women and guests with back or neck injuries are not allowed to participate in this excursion.

Take a look at the beautiful beach and see if you agree that it looks a lot like paradise with swaying palms, beach chairs, sun tents and hammocks big enough for two. Find your perfect place to relax and unwind. Or play volleyball, basketball, foosball, ping-pong, mini billiards, and jumbo board games such as king-size chess and dominoes. The choice is yours. Blue Lagoon offers other watersports, such as kayaks and water bikes, for an additional charge. When you’re ready for lunch take your choice from the wide variety of dishes at the buffet consisting of BBQ chicken, 4oz angus cheeseburger and peas & rice accompanied by fresh fruit, lemonade, or fruit punch. Drinks such as soda, daiquiris, piña coladas, beer, wine and other mixed drinks are available at the Lagoon Tropical Beach Bar at an additional cost. While you’re here, you may visit the Dolphin Encounters’ amazing all-natural habitat where you can observe dolphins and sea lions. Participation in the interactive marine mammal program is an additional charge.
