On April 16, 2016, Bradly and Jessica will be tying the knot on the Carnival Freedom in Galveston, Texas. The ceremony is going to be a small and personal with immediate family and closest freinds. |
Due to the wedding being held on the Carnival Freedom, it is considered international and we will need information from the guests coming aboard for the ceremony and reception.
We will need to following information by or before March 1, 2016:
-Legal Name (as listed on your ID or drivers license)
-ID Type and # (e.g., Driver's License or Passport) For children without ID, an original copy of their birth certificate will be needed to board the ship. (not photo copy)
All guest are required to provide photo identification such as a driver's license or passport to board the ship.

On the day of the wedding, everyone attending the wedding is being asked to meet at Best Western Mainland Inn & Suites in Texas City at 8:30 am. The reasoning behind this is so that we all show up to the terminal at the same time and so that no one gets lost trying to find their way. If you are unable to meet us at Best Western, the terminal address is below and please arrive no later than 9:30 am. There will be no food options until we board the ship so please plan accordingly. There will be water and lemonade at the terminal. Please do not bring any drinks or food, they will make you throw them away before going thru security. We are sorry for this inconvenience.
You will also need to be dressed and ready for the wedding before you board the boat. There will be nowhere for anyone to change on the boat. While waiting for the ceremony to begin, you will be able to explore the ship and have lunch on the Lido Deck. Please watch the time and arrive at the ceremony 20-30 minutes before hand. The ceremony will be held in the Havanna Bar. After the ceremony, the wedding coordinator will show us to the night club for the wedding reception. It will be an open bar, hot and cold Hors d'Oeuvres, and cake!
Before the boat sets sail, all guests who will not be joining us on our honeymoon cruise will be escorted off the boat. That will take place around 3:00-4:00.
