Billy was stationed on the Conny and Jessica was on the Stennis in 1998. On a summer night in 1998, fate brought both Billy and Jessica to Anchors and Spurs. Where they met and their destinies became intertwined. While they never fully committed themselves to each other, they wound up falling in love. In 2000 while fighting their growing feelings, life tore them apart.

March 20, 2012, brought about a joyous occasion. Thanks to technology of the day, Billy and Jessica found each other again. This time they didn't fight their feelings that time couldn't stop. Their solidity as a couple grew. In June, Jessica moved down to Webster. Feelings grew and talk about the future grew increasingly more frequent. After Thanksgiving, Billy did what any man does when they found The One. He proposed and Jessica joyfully accepted. One look at these two and you could tell they are meant to be.
