Information for Those Attending the Wedding Only

We understand that many of you will not be able to join us on the cruise. We do have a limited number of people that we can have board the ship for the wedding, and leave once the reception concludes prior to sailing. The wedding party and family will be given priority for these spots. Photo identification will still be needed, as these guests will still have to go through customs.

Information for all guests

Guests:   We ask for all guests to be at the Pier at 10 AM to begin the check-in process so once the ship has cleared, we will be able to priority board before all other cruising passengers.  Guests who do not arrive at the time we board will have to make their own way on the ship. All non-sailing guests attending an onboard wedding must bring a photo Id, such as a driver’s license, passport, government or state Id. Children under the age of 16 or w/o identification must bring a birth certificate.

Non-Sailing GuestsAll non-sailing guests are to be completely dressed and ready for the wedding when arriving at the cruise terminal. You will need to provide your state issued photo ID at the time of check in, please have it available. You will leave your ID with Security in the terminal and be given a guest pass to board the ship.  Non-sailing guests are welcome to tour the ship until the ceremony time. All non-sailing guests must debark the ship immediately after the reception. When leaving the ship, you will need to redeem your ID in the ship’s terminal.

Sailing Guests:  All sailing guests (except the bride and groom) should be completely dressed and ready for the wedding when arriving at the cruise terminal. Only one hand-carry-on bag will be permitted for sailing guests and must fit through the security machine. All other bags must be checked with the Porters.  Please ensure that you have everything you need for the wedding and reception, as you will not see your checked bags until after the reception.  Please ensure that all ticket documents have been completed prior to arrival at the pier to expedite check-in and have proper boarding documents available.
