Our wedding party/guest will have priority boarding usually 11:30-12:30 (once the ship is cleared by U.S. Customs). For this reason, guests are required to be at the port by 10:00 am. Sailing and non sailing guest should be completely dressed and ready prior to arriving at the cruise terminal. Guest arriving late might not be escorted to the ceremony on time, it is better to be early and wait some time than to be late. It takes time to be checked in and cleared by customs. Sailing guest luggage is not delivered to the cabin until after the ship has sailed. Please be sure to pack all the necessary items you will need until then in one separate suitcase no larger than 24" w x 16". Garment bag for dress & suit can also be carried onboard. All other luggage should be given to porters for boarding. Only the Bride and Grooms rooms are guaranteed ready. Required travel documents:
