For those of you who don't know, Rodney and I have quite the love story. We first met in 1999 when we were both assigned to the 1st Supply Battalion in the United States Marine Corps. Our paths crossed at that time but as most Marine do, you do your time and go on about your life. Fast forward 10 years and we reconnected through our ammunition technician community online. It's an interesting connection you share with a fellow Marine. We bonded instantly and the rest is history. We were married in late 2011 and have built a life together with my son in Rusk, TX.  We never went the fancy route and were married by the Justice of the Peace with no one in attendance. After 5 years of marriage we have decided to celebrate our marriage and commitment to each other by "getting married" in a traditional wedding on a beautiful beach in Cozumel, Mexico.  Anyone who knows us well, knows that in our 5 short years of marriage we have had our fair share of trials and them some. We feel this is the perfect way to honor our marriage, family and life together.  Thank you for being a part of it.
