Cruise Information and Activities

Travel Documents

Please make sure you have proper travel documentation. While it is not required, it is recommended that you travel with a valid passport or passport card. You are allowed to board using a government issued photo ID (drivers license) and a certified birth certificate.

Please visit Carnival's website to view documentation requirements.

On Board Spending (Sign and Sail card)

When you check in, you will receive your sail and sign card. You will use this card for all purchases made while on the ship. Cash is not accepted while on the ship UNLESS you are applying cash to your sail and sign account at the guest services desk. When you book your cruise you can set up your spending account by credit card so it will be linked to your sail and sign card. It is a good idea to bring some cash for spending while off the ship. There is a safe in your room you can keep it in. Your sail and sign card also acts as your room key and contains useful information including your muster station, dining room, and your dining time!

Luggage

You may drop your bags off with a porter at the cruise terminal (it will be delivered to your room later that afternoon) or carry on your bags. Keep in mind that there is no assistance offered if you choose to carry on.

We recommend leaving your luggage with a porter. Make sure you keep all necessary items, such as medications, with you in case they are needed before your luggage arrives. You may want to pack a power strip since there is usually only 1 outlet in the room!

Onboard Activities

There are activities for all ages on the ship each day. Please see the "Funtimes" newspaper you will receive in your room each day for a schedule! There is live music, trivia, a comedy club with adult and family friendly shows, production stage shows, piano bar, water slides, pool, mini-golf, the list goes on!
You can view the deck plans, menus, activities, and photos of the ship by visiting this link.

Food and Beverages

All food is included in your cruise fare. There is breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the dining room, room service, a brunch on our sea day, tea time, buffet, deli, 24 hour pizza, and more - make sure you are hungry! Remember to order as much as you'd like - the wait team is more than happy to bring you multiple dishes to try!

Water, tea, lemonade, and coffee are included in your cruise fare and are always available. Milk and a variety of juices are also included and are readily available during breakfast in the dining room and at the buffet.
Sodas, specialty coffees and alcoholic beverages are NOT included in your cruise fare. Soda and alcohol purchases include a 15% tip automatically. You may purchase drinks individually, or choose from the packages offered. See details below.

Bottomless Bubbles - You may purchase soda packages for $6.00 per day (adult) and $4.50 per day (child) once you board the ship.

Cheers! - Inclusive beverage package for those 21 and up that enjoy non-alcoholic AND adult beverages.

Tipping Policy

Tips for your dining team and cabin stewards are added to your account automatically at $12.00 per guest, per day. If you would like to add more, you can adjust this amount at your discretion.

Seasickness

If you've ever been seasick, you know it is not fun. If you're a first-time cruiser and are prone to motion sickness it's probably a good idea to be prepared for it just in case! You can get a doctor to write you a prescription for a scopolamine patch. Put the patch on the day before you cruise and let it get in your system. You can also use Dramamine, ginger, Bonine, and sea bands (accupressure) that are all available over the counter. We can't control the weather, so we have no way of predicting how calm the seas will be - better safe than sorry!
