We can not stress enough how important it is that all-wedding guests arrive on time. Please keep in mind there are over 2000 people boarding the ship the same day of our wedding and the check-in process can take up to 45 minutes. Carnival provides special check-in assistance for wedding couples and their guests provided they arrive to the pier on time. Check-in will commence at the designated Check-in Area located inside the cruise terminal. You must be Prompt!  Delays on the part of the wedding guests may result in rescheduling, limited ceremony and reception time or possible cancellation of the ceremony. Luggage is not delivered to the cabin until after the ship has sailed.  Sailing wedding guests should arrive already dressed and ready.  If necessary they may bring on 1 small (24”w x 16”h) carryon. However the only cabins available upon check-in for early boarding is the Bride & Groom’s. It is recommended that all wedding guests arrive the day prior to sailing (especially during the winter and holiday seasons) so they are not rushed or delayed by travel time and feel more relaxed on their wedding day. Early flights the day of sailing may not be available due to airline availability or scheduling. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TRANSFERS THAT CARNIVAL OFFERS TO THE PORT WILL NOT GET YOU THERE ON TIME.  PLEASE MAKE ALTERNATE ARRANGEMENTS FOR PROMPT TRANSPORTATION TO THE PIER.

Security Requirements:

Due to the heightened security level in ports of embarkation, a wedding guest lists must include first and last names of the guests as shown on their photo ID, as well as their date of birth. All non-sailing guests attending an onboard wedding must bring a photo Id, such as a driver’s license, passport, government or state Id. The full identification numbers are required to be typed on the visitor’s Guest List. Children under the age of 16 a must bring a birth certificate.

Our complete wedding guest lists must be received at Carnival, no later than 4 weeks prior to your sailing date. Due to these strict security measures changes, additions, or deletions must be made at least 3 weeks prior to the sailing date.

Carnival ofrece asistencia especial de check-in para la pareja a casarse y sus invitados, siempre y cuando lleguen al muelle a tiempo. El registro comenzará en la zona de facturación designada situada dentro del terminal de cruceros. Usted debe llegar a tiempo! Los retrasos por parte de los invitados a la boda pueden resultar en reprogramación, ceremonia y tiempo de recepción limitada o posible cancelación de la ceremonia. El equipaje no se entrega a la cabina hasta después de que el barco haya salido. Todos los invitados a la boda deben llegar ya vestidos y listos. Si es necesario, pueden traer un pequeño (24 "w x 16" h) carryon. Sin embargo, las cabinas que sólo estarán disponibles en el check-in temprano es la de la novia y el novio. Requerimientos de seguridad:

Debido al mayor nivel de seguridad en los puertos de embarque, la lista de invitados de la boda debe incluir el nombre y apellidos de los invitados como se muestra en su identificación de foto, así como su fecha de nacimiento. Todos los invitados que no vayan al crucero pero asistirán a la boda deben traer una identificación con foto, como una licencia de conducir, pasaporte, identificación del gobierno o del estado. Los números de identificación completos se requieren para ser escritos en la lista de invitados. Los niños menores de 16 años deben traer un certificado de nacimiento.

Nuestra lista completa de invitados a la boda deben ser recibidas en Carnival no más tarde de 4 semanas antes de la boda. Debido a estas estrictas medidas de seguridad, los cambios, adiciones o eliminaciones deben realizarse al menos 3 semanas antes de la fecha de la boda.
