Carrie was born and raised in small town America. Living in Circleville definitely instilled some simple interests and hobbies.  Some of my favorite childhood memories include baking, cooking and canning with my mom.  I still enjoy doing those to this day! You can usually find me in the garden or canning in the summer... still don't know how she was always successful with making jellies and jams... she just must have had a magic touch!

Mark also grew up in small town America. He has always had an obsession with anything with a motor and has worked for John Deere since he was a Senior in High School.  He has a knack with figuring out how things work and constantly is trying to figure out new methods of completing tasks more efficiently... you'll have to ask what happened to Carrie's Apple slicer after Mark got his hands on it during an afternoon of making apple sauce!
