Their kindred timing on their respective searches through the labyrinth of finding ones special person was no less than impeccable. They both "swiped right" and instantanously sparked an online conversation! After a few days of conversing, they decided to meet at a local restaurant for their first date on Church Street in West Chester, PA. Their online conversation translated flawlessly into a natural in person meeting and they spent the entire gorgeous brisk, fall night walking around where they ended their evening at Marshall Square Park . They sat on a park bench watching the brilliantly illuminated fountain until 12:30 am (even though Amanda said she didn't 'want to be out super late'!). It was there that the couple shared their first of a lifetime of kisses.The following day, they met at Oakbourne Park where Mike brought Amanda some very beautiful sunflowers (not knowing they were one of her favorites!) Their love grew stronger and stronger each day and they vowed to better each other and the world around them.The life that they have built has become one of fun, modesty, and comfort- of laughing and love. They had certainly found the wholesomeness they both had been searching for. Today, the couple enjoys their simple life located in Wilmington, DE, and enjoys watching Netflix series, cooking together, board games, Frisbee Golf, hiking, their feline friends, exploring new sites, and camping.

Amanda was born in Newark, DE and relocated to Thornton, PA at the age of 5. She has since completed her BA at Temple University in Strategic Marketing and Communications and also has earned her Masters of Social Work from West Chester University. She has combined both of her passions into a career as a Clinical Liaison, in the medical setting, where she works diligently to assist elderly patients and their families in guiding them to the right level of care. In her spare time, Amanda enjoys crafting, exercising, cooking, wine, spending time in nature (with Michael & friends), and hopes to begin volunteering for Meals on Wheels in the near future.

Michael was born in Bryn Mawr, PA and actually, doesn't have a middle name, because he coded and had to have emergency surgery upon birth. Amanda always jokes (in all seriousness) that Mike was meant to be in the world so that they could find each other. Michael grew up in Malvern, PA, playing baseball and wrestling, and has since earned his B.A. in Economics and Education at West Chester Univeristy and has since utilized his education to become an expert, excellent Fence Salesman at the Fence Authority. In his spare time, Michael enjoys creating and installing new fencing projects for customers, napping, experiencing the world, and finding creative ways to help people.

The rest is history. The couple will continue to pursue both their collective and individual passions as one, while contining to appreciate simplicity, family & friends, the present and the future.
