Scott and I were planning a night out with two of my very best friends payton and zach which seemed like it would just be another typical weekend. We went out to eat at Mac's speed shop which is the same place scott, Merrick and I went the night I met scott. After dinner we went and played a few games of bowling but after the first game Payton said she had to leave and go take care of some things, I was bummed but we decided to play another game. After I smacked myself in the knee with a 12lb bowling ball we decided to call it a night aand head back to our apartment, I tried to get out of the car but was told to wait and Zach would grab the door for me (weird but okay...), we started to walk inside but Scott ran back to his car because he "forgot his work computer". Zach was trying to push my buttons and stand in front of the door, after he decided to get out of my way I walked into a room lit with candles, covered with balloons and rose petals. I realized what was happening so I turned around and found Scott down on one knee shaking like a leaf, I could hear the nervousness in his voice as he told me how much he loved me and hoped i'd be willing to spend the rest of our lives together. I could feel my face turn 50 shades of red and tears running down my face, of course I said yes! So cheers to to the man who is crazy enough to spend the rest of his life with me, cheers to the best YES that has ever come out of my mouth and cheers to us! |
