Initially, Cody and I met several years ago in willows California he was my brother's good friend and was over often hanging out in their group we never spent much time around each other. Then just about a year ago he moved up to North Dakota in the same apartment complex As me with our mutual friend/family member Cody Bruer. We had ran into each other a couple of times from afar but never really spoke to each other. Then one evening I was getting ready for a date and was walking my dog whiskey, cody was walking the property and whiskey ran up to greet him and I slipped on a muddy patch of grass and fell over. Cody caught whiskey's leash and ran over to help me up. We were both smiling and laughing as he helped me up and I left to go change. After that evening I never went on another date as I waited for Cody to make his move not too long after that he did and we went on our own 1st state and 6 months later he proposed. ????
