We’ll see Barcelona’s highlights and the Gothic Quarter on our Carnival honeymoon! In the Gothic Quarter, we’ll soak in its atmosphere, browse the shops and drive to Catalunya Square to see the Sagrada Familia Church. At the Spanish Village we’ll stop in the Montjuic Mountain, take a stroll through the Castilian Streets to enjoy free time looking at the local arts and crafts, finishing up with a walking to the pier to witness the Olympic Ring!

Beach Day
We’ll relax on one of Messina’s beautiful beaches on our Carnival honeymoon! Driving along the Ionian Coast and the bay to Giardini Naxos, we’ll pass by quaint villages with views of the Straights of Messina surrounded by lush Mediterranean fragrant flowers, orange and lemon trees. Arriving at the beach, we’ll sit back, relax soak up some rays, take a swim in the refreshing blue waters and finish our day with a romantic walk on the beach!
Beautiful Tuscany
This enchanting excursion will leave us with happy honeymoon memories of Livorno! We’ll enjoy a scenic ride to San Gimignano to explore and view the “Manhattan of Tuscany” skyline, tantalize our taste buds with a local home made meal in a farmhouse before heading to Volterra, surrounded by soft green rolling hills, lush woodland and natural charms. Here we’ll visit the famous Piazza Dei Priori and have free time to explore the town.

Best of Athens
On our Carnival honeymoon, we’ll visit the most breathtaking sites in Athens, Greece! We’ll visit the Acropolis, the Parthenon, and the Erectheion and see the entire city of Athens below, visit the local museum and enjoy a Greek lunch at a restaurant in Plaka. On our way to the National Archeological Museum we’ll pass the Temple of Zeus, the Panathenaic Stadium and the Monument of the Unknown Soldier before we explore the Plaka area at our leisure!
Cape Sounion & Acropolis
Together we’ll experience the historical majesty of the ancient Acropolis and the Temple of Poseidon at Sounion in Athens! We’ll pass by the Mikrolimanon’s waterfront framed by al fresco restaurants, arrive at the Acropolis where we’ll witness views of the Parthenon and explore the museum and its beautiful Korae statues. At a local restaurant we’ll indulge in authentic Greek cuisine, before our journey along the coast to Cape Sounion where we’ll admire spectacular sweeping views over the Saronic Gulf and the Cyclades from the Temple of Poseidon. Here we’ll take a guided tour of this beautiful site where Athenians worshipped Poseidon and Athena!

Crossing the Corinth Canal & Acropolis
While leaving the port of Piraeus in Athens, we’ll take a scenic ride to the Acropolis where we will see the Parthenon, the entire city of Athens and explore a museum! Then take a tour of the city as we head towards the village of Loutraki, where we will enjoy authentic Greek food in a seaside restaurant before boarding our boat for our cruise through the Corinth Canal. Dramatic Delphi
Delphi was dedicated to Apollo, the god of moderation and music and on this excursion we’ll see the site of Delphi and her ruins in Athens! Our Greek guide will tell us about how this breathtaking site hides some of the spell of the ancient oracle while we walk up the Sacred Way, passing the beautiful Treasuries of the Temple of Apollo, witness its unique landscape and explore the Museum with its votive offerings and statues. Ending our delightful day with a traditional country lunch near the village of Arahova and free time to do some exploring at our own leisure!

Easy Rome
In Rome, we’ll see the Pyramid, Circus Maximus and the famous arena of the Chariots Racing, the Arch of Constantine, the Colosseum, the Roman Forum and Venice Square. Mt. Vesuvius & Pompeii
Discovering Pompeii and its ancient history will be an experience we’ll never forget! We’ll travel to Mount Vesuvius, walk around its rim to witness the view of Naples and its bay.
