Funny story that some of you may not have heard yet...

I found a postcard from Jared with Joshs name on it. It said he is an MVP with Jared and qualifies for discounts. Well I know Josh doesn't normally buy my jewelry from Jared so this could only mean one thing!!!!!!!! Josh bought an engagement ring!! Well of course I got right on the phone with Jenn and Sarah telling them what I found. Of course they knew what was going on but they tried to talk me out of my suspicions and even got Brian in on it. Brian told me he gave Joshs name as a reference when he bought Sarah's ring so that Josh could get discounts once he was ready to buy my ring. But Brian would not have given Josh's middle name and on the post card it said Joshua W McQuoid. I wasn't falling for it... Well that week was valentines day and of course Josh now knew of my suspicions so what do I get for Valentines day??? Of course a necklace from Jared hahaha I still wasn't completely sold that i wasn't getting a ring but it did help. Then you all know the story from here....

Josh threw me a surprise 30th birthday party and surprised me with more then the party. After dating for almost 12 years he FINALLY did it!!! It took me a minute to respond but my dad was gracious enough to try and answer for me.

Of course I eventually said YES! And now the fun begins!
