Chilkoot Horseback Adventure

On this excursion, we’ll saddle up our horses and set out into Skagway’s rustic backcountry! Riding through dense winding trails of the Valley of Dyea and lush ‘second-growth forests’ past Slide Cemetery our guide will tell us stories about the area’s history. After our horseback riding adventure comes to an end, we’ll enjoy refreshing drinks and smoked salmon at the hitching posts!

Evening Whale Quest

Aboard a catamaran, we’ll explore Stephen’s Passage, a feeding ground for humpback whales! We’ll have plenty of photo opportunities seeing these gentle giants up close, witnessing their grace and beauty, hearing them sing and enjoying their friendly behavior. On the way back, we’ll relax in Juneau’s illuminating evening glow while enjoying appetizers, beverages, beer and wine.

We’ll board a catamaran and cruise along the coast to the Dungeness Crab Fishery, witnessing Ketchikan and its amazing scenery and highlights. Our guides will tell us about the crab life cycle while helping them reset the crab pots before making our way to George Inlet Lodge for a Dungeness Crab dinner!
