Behold the beautiful tropical foliage of Dominica on an ATV adventure! On this exhilarating excursion you will: •Depart the pier and drive south along the winding country roads to the New Florida Estate, the starting point of your nature adventure. •Get a briefing on ATV operations. Get outfitted with a safety helmet and goggles. •Take a few practice runs around the track to get comfortable on the ATV and then it’s off into the cool, mysterious rain forest. •View an array of wild and cultivated flowers including Anthuriums, Ginger Lilies, Orchids, Birds of Paradise and a host of others. •Inhale the fragrant aroma as you cruise under Cinnamon Arch, seated comfortably on your single-rider ATV. •Explore remote forested areas as you effortlessly maneuver over knotted terrain. •Look across the valley at the Magua Estate to see the reclusive home of the late English author Douglas Taylor, who devoted his life to the study of the Carib Indians. •Enjoy a refreshing beverage en route back to your ship.

On this excursion you will: •Kayak, snorkel, and hike through a 16-acre uninhabited island with breathtaking views. •Leave the pier in an open-air safari bus to the marina. •Be provided with a safety briefing, instructions and equipment. Board your two-person sit-upon kayak and paddle through the tranquil waters and protected mangroves of the inner lagoon. •Make three stops for informative explanations of the area’s ecology and wildlife along with amusing local folklore. Keep your eyes open for iguanas, egrets, herons, pelicans, and frigates. •Leave your kayak at a scenic beach for an invigorating hike to Red Point cliffs, tidal pools and a blowhole. •Don your mask and plunge into the fascinating underwater kingdom. On this excursion you will: •Consider this the Ooh-La-La tour of St. Maarten with turquoise waters, sand, roundtrip transportation, lunch, unlimited rum or fruit punch, and a beach chair - all included! •At the pier, you’ll board an air conditioned bus for the ride to a rustic laidback beach on the French side of the island; nothing fancy, just a local hideout - down to earth and truly Caribbean. •Walk along the long stretch of sand, take a dip in the sea, or relax in your beach chair taking in the tropical scenery. •Enjoy approximately 2½ hours at the beach, with unlimited rum/fruit punch and a complimentary lunch as well. •On your ride back to the pier, you will have the option to be dropped off downtown for shopping or return directly to the ship.
