We’ll spice up our honeymoon and learn the secrets of cooking authentic Mexican cuisine! We’ll stroll around Ensenada and discover all the charming spots of this little town on the way to the local restaurant, where we’ll sample the authentic Mexican cuisine prepared by our Chef, before our cooking lesson. After our delicious lunch we’ll have time to shop around the local stores for some honeymoon souvenirs!

We’ll submerge over 100 feet deep into Kona’s gleaming waters in one of the most technologically advanced passenger submarines in the world! While aboard, we’ll be able to watch the fascinating ocean life in action through the large view-port holes. We can’t wait to see over 25 acres of coral reef gardens inhabited by many species of tropical fish and other amazing sea life. During our submarine ride the crew will be eager to share their love and knowledge of the ocean with us!

Flying by on our ATV’s will be one thrilling experience! We’ll drive through the wine country valleys, exploring the dusty foothills of Guadalupe Valley while admiring the natural beautiful surroundings. After our ‘joyride,’ we’ll visit a local winery, do some sampling of their finest wines, receive a complimentary beverage and shop around downtown Ensenada!

On this magnificent shore excursion, we’ll experience Ensenada’s amazing panoramic views of the Salsipueded Bay, Todos Santos Islands and the Gold Coast! We’ll saddle up and ride through winding trails into the beautiful hills of San Miguel Mountains and enjoy the surrounding scenery with its beautiful flora and fauna. After we arrive at Rancho Los Bandidos, we’ll relax and enjoy a traditional snack of fresh local fruit and an ice cold beverage to quench our thirst!

Together, we’ll experience this natural wonder in Ensenada! “La Bufadora,” the blowhole, is a natural spout that shoots sea spray straight into the air and we’ll have the opportunity to witness this major attraction and still have free time to browse the local shops and enjoy the local cuisine!

On our Carnival honeymoon we’ll hang ten in Lahaina! Our experienced surf instructor will show us the basics of surfing before catching our first wave. We’ll hit the ocean and experience a thrill.

During this romantic helicopter ride, we’ll have the chance to relish the breathtaking views of Hilo while flying high above the Big Island of Hawaii. We’ll make sure our camera is ready to capture the wonderful sights such as the gorgeous black sand beaches and the amazing lava flows. We can’t wait to fly above the local terrain including the most recent areas of volcanic activity. There is no better way to enjoy the sights of Hawaii than from high above in each other’s arms.

On our Carnival honeymoon cruise, we’ll enjoy an enlightening tour of Downtown Ensenada and its residential areas, before stopping at the glamorous, elegant resort and casino, Riviera Del Pacifico, where we’ll take in the charming laid back surroundings, while sipping on a complimentary Margarita. Our next stop will be Bodegas de Santo Tomas, where we’ll visit the oldest running winery in Mexico, and taste its famous wines. Then, we’ll make our way to the city’s main shopping district to browse around shops and boutiques picking up a few souvenirs for keepsakes of our honeymoon!

We’ll soar above Kahului’s clouds and get a bird’s eye view of “The Valley Isle!” Viewing dense valleys, streaming waterfalls, lush rainforest and stunning scenery while learning about the history and culture of Hawaii and visiting the Haleakala Crater, Oheo Gulch, Hana Town and Hana Rainforest!

We’ll enjoy a lovely evening aboard our Carnival Fun Ship and sing along to the music while enjoying a drink or two at the piano bar! Cheers!

On this exciting excursion in Ensenada, we’ll experience the imagination and reality of multi-million dollar movies at Fox Studios’ Foxploration! We’ll witness the enchanting world where Pearl Harbor, Deep Blue Sea and the Far Side of The World were all filmed, view displays of props, costumes and sets from different movies, including Titanic, and explore the variety of interactive exhibits with visual and sound effects, set construction, model making, light techniques and makeup. After our entertaining tour, we’ll enjoy a traditional casual lunch at the charming Rosarito Beach Hotel and shop around for souvenirs from our Carnival honeymoon!

Exploring Kahului’s lush landscape will leave us with fond memories! We’ll ride through eucalyptus trees across green pastures while taking in our natural surroundings and the sparkling ocean below. Before heading back to the ranch, we’ll admire the Haleakala Volcano and its stunning beauty!

Lahaina offers us an unforgettable experience! Along the way to Hana, we’ll cross bridges, drive through winding lush trails and see breathtaking scenery as our guide tells us stories about this pristine area. Passing by Palikea Stream we’ll make a stop at Keanae Lookout, Wainapanapa State Park, Hana Town and Tedeschi Winery before enjoying an authentic Hawaiian lunch at Hana Ranch!

We’ll be able to tour the nostalgic town if Hilo. Afterwards, we’ll get to walk hand-in-hand in the Liliuokalani Park and enjoy the formal Japanese style gardens. Next, we can continue to leisurely walk together through the Nani Mau Gardens and enjoy the fragrance and sights of the 20-acres of fruit gardens, papaya orchards and flowers. Our time together does not end there, we’ll be able to enjoy each other’s company some more while promenade through the lush tropical forest and breathe in the stimulating aromas of heliconia, gingers, orchids, ferns and bamboo groves. Afterwards, we can cross over the bubbling streams on the wooded footbridges to the enchanting Akaka Falls.

We’ll savor a romantic dinner in Waikiki and after dinner, we’ll visit various landmarks around the city such as, Chinatown, The Historical Civic Center, the State Capitol, Punchbowl Crater and the Missionary Homes. We’ll feel like royalty when we stop by the Iolani Palace and the Royal Hawaiian Hotel. We can’t wait to pick up some terrific souvenirs to cherish the memories that we have made together in Hawaii.

While touring the Iao Valley, we’ll be making memories of our Carnival honeymoon in Lahaina! We’ll see the unique Iao Needle formed by volcanic activity, stop at the Maui tropical Plantation seeing sugar cane fields, pineapple, coffee, papaya, bananas, macadamia nut plantations and fragrant tropical flowers!

On our Carnival honeymoon in Kahului we’ll kick back and soak up some rays! At Ka’anapali Beach, we’ll be greeted by the sun, swim in the crystal turquoise waters, sipping on tropical concoctions while lounging under the shade of a palm tree and snorkel among the friendly tropical fish!

Home to the world famous Kona Coffee bean, this farm lives and breathes history. We’ll meet at the Kona Historical Society 1875 Greenwall Museum for a brief orientation, and then we’ll observe one-of-a-kind exhibits the surround the success of the Kona Coffee Industry. We’ll have the chance to taste some of the 100% Kona Coffee as well as traditional Japanese food farm fresh seasonal fruits.

We have the chance to witness the results of the various volcanic eruptions in Hilo; including the repeated eruptions of Kilauea, Ahalanui warm springs which are volcanically heated to 90-degrees, and the spectacular scenery at MacKenzie State Park. We can’t wait to see the magnificent tree molds created by lava wrapping around the tree, cooling off, and then draining away leaving the mold located in Lava Tree State Park in Puna. Our love will be “frozen in time” as we walk across the “frozen earth” created by the lava flows while seeing an active volcano vent in the distance.

Our Carnival honeymoon in Lahaina would not be complete without a Hawaiian Luau! We’ll be entertained by fire dancers, take part in the South Seas show, move to the island rhythms of Samoa, Fiji, Tahiti and Hawaii’s upbeat music while indulging in an authentic Hawaiian feast of freshly caught fish and other Hawaiian dishes, enhanced by tropical concoctions!

Kahului offers us quite an experience at the Maui Ocean Center! We’ll view fascinating indoor exhibits and outdoor pools teeming with Hawaii’s tropical marine life, see the colorful underwater paradise of the surrounding islands and learn about these creatures and their importance!

Together we’ll experience Ensenada’s magnificent stretch of white sand beach, an array of bars and friendly welcoming service at this charmingly fun beach club! While relaxing and lounging under the shade of a beach umbrella, we’ll soak up the sun, indulge in tropical cocktails or a cold beer, perhaps play beach volleyball, try climbing rock wall, ride a mechanical bull and after our beach club party, we’ll head downtown to shop!

We cannot wait to experience a time-honored Hawaiian-style luau complete with Polynesian entertainment in Honolulu! What a romantic night this will be! It takes place on an elegant 12-acre beachfront estate, formerly the summer home of one of Hawaii’s most prominent families. After eating and watching the dancers in their exquisite costumes we’ll have the chance to visit pre-contact Polynesian villages for arts and crafts and games.

What a great introduction to Hawaii for us, its chalk full of great site and events. We’ll take a 1 ½ hour drive to the Parker Ranch where we will be able to see many historic sites. When we leave Kona we will pass Mokuaikaua, the first Christian church on the island, as well as Hulihe’e Palace- once the summer home of Hawaiian Royalty. It will be breathtaking as we witness the stark contrast of ebony lava fields on one side and the dazzling blue ocean water on the other. We’ll also see the dormant volcano Mauna Kea, and Mana- the Parker’s original KOA wood cabin and its later replacement. We can’t wait to discover the awe of Waimea, the hub of sprawling ranch lands; including the ranch founded over 150 years ago by John Palmer Parker which consists of 222,000 acres!

On this excursion in Honolulu, we’ll have the chance to visit the Pearl Harbor Memorial. We’ll board the Navy Shuttle Boat for a reflective voyage across the harbor to visit the final resting place of those who tragically lost their lives on the USS Arizona. After we pay our respects to our past, we’ll take a scenic drive through Honolulu’s Chinatown and Punchbowl- National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific. We’ll even get to catch a glimpse of the Iolani Palace, home to Hawaii’s last King David Kalakaua. Last but not least, we’ll travel past the King Kamehameha statue and Kawaiahao Church – one of the first Christian churches in the islands.

Nothing is more romantic than to go horseback riding across the picturesque south shore of Kauai with the one you love! On horseback we'll ride 90 minutes through the ancient Mahaulepu area admired by beach goers, wind surfers and local fishermen. We can’t wait to gaze at the breathtaking scenery and terrain which includes mountain vistas, coastal and ranch lands. We’ll stay cool by enjoying the shade of the native ironwood trees while we listen to local guides share fascinating facts about the surrounding land.

In Lahaina, we’ll visit the best of Hawaii on our Carnival honeymoon! We’ll stroll through the sweetly scented tropical gardens of The Garden of Eden to see cascading waterfalls and stunning views of the sparkling ocean. Hiking through lush tropical vegetation, we’ll see natural pools and streaming waterfalls where we’ll take a refreshing dip and have a picnic lunch and cold drinks!

After a narrated scenic drive to one of Kauai’s extraordinary beaches, we’ll have the opportunity to snorkel in a protected reef. Once in the water, we’ll be able to appreciate the astonishing beauty of the underwater world with numerous eye-catching colored fish, coral reef and perhaps even a sea turtle or two. Once in the water, we’ll float down the tropical waterway consisting of open ditches, tunnels and flumes which were hand dug in 1912. After we are finished tubing, we’ll be able to enjoy a snack at a charming picnic area complete with a swimming hole.
