Love, as we know it, began in the late summer of 2009. We began dating on August 3rd and have known this relationship was meant to be from the very beginning.

Over the years we have realized that we have a lot in common: our love for traveling, long car rides with no purpose, passion for helping others, love for snow, and most of all our love for each other.

What I love most about Chuckie: I love his sense of humor and his caring personality. I also love that he is always there for me, especially when I have a bad day. I love that he has an incredible son and that I have had the opportunity to make such an amazing little boy a part of my life. I couldn't imagine my life without Chuckie or Kyle.

What I love most about Amanda: I love how she has such a positive outlook on life and lifts my spirit during the worst of times. I love that she is so selfless and giving. Most of all, I love that she is so accepting of Kyle and excited to be a part of our family. She is a blessing to me and I couldn't imagine my life without her.

The day was Wednesday, March 6th. It was a snowy, winter's day at the lookout high above Ohiopyle. This was the perfect setting for a wedding proposal since we both enjoy the beauty of winter and long rides through the snow-covered mountains. Although less snow accumulated than what the winter storm warning had called for, there was much more to be excited about - OUR ENGAGEMENT.

With the date set for October 12th, we are looking forward to being surrounded by family and friends as we exchange our vows and celebrate our marriage.

On the days prior to October 26th we will be driving to Miami, Florida where we will board the Carnival Breeze and embark on our 8 day Southern Caribbean honeymoon to Grand Turk, Dominican Republic, Curacao and Aruba.
